There have been a lot of changes in the mortgage industry over the past 5 years which significantly impact how homes are bought and sold. Further, with new technologies and social media, the manner in which buyers search for homes has changed, as has what buyers need and expect from their Real Estate Agent. And this change in buyer behavior means sellers must change their approach to marketing the home, using new approaches and techniques.
Nurturing that seed of an idea from that cool Autumn day, we opened this Better Homes Realty office to provide an improved, modern experience for home buyers and sellers that is tuned to these changes. Jared is a Masters in Engineering graduate from MIT, and Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Funding. He has 15 yrs experience in Mortgage Banking, and 10 yrs experience in Real Estate. Craig has degrees in Construction Technology and Engineering, and formerly started-up and sold a very successful insurance business. He has 15 yrs experience in Mortgage Banking and Real Estate. Together, we have created a tech savvy, boutique brokerage that is attentive to today’s consumer. Our Agents are focused on customer happiness, not corporate-imposed sales goals.
As a small franchise, rather than the well-known larger franchises, we are able to operate with the autonomy and agility of an independent brokerage, but with the infrastructure and support of a national organization. Better Homes Realty Director and industry veteran Bill Ryan adds 38 years experience to our management team, and is actively involved with operations.
From our cozy office on the popular State Street of Media, we provide our clients a neighborhood, hometown feel for one of the biggest financial decisions of their lifetime. With our integrated mortgage expertise, we educate our clients on all aspects of the home buying and selling process. An educated client is an empowered client, and we want our clients to make the best decisions for themselves and their family.
